We are looking for Citrix Admin for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Responsibilities:
At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
OEM Certified Technician for ordering parts through OEM and parts replacement
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong Microsoft operating System installation and troubleshooting skills
Strong Break / Fix skills Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers
Broad experience in IT related services with basic understanding of Networks, Intel Servers and Telecoms
Unix first level troubleshooting and software loading (preferred)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support to entire staff, representing a variety of personalities and management levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail oriented and self-motivating
Ability to successfully pass a background security check
Experience including remote control of PCs and video conferencing knowledge
Level 1 server support or smart hands support in the site as required
Handling of Tape Media as required
Rotational On-call for executive support
