We are looking for an engineering or and related programme’s student who can bring fresh ideas to our team with
• An interest in programming and business intelligence
• A familiarity with MS Office, MS Share point, Power Automate, Power BI

Your team and your responsibilities

As part of vehicle logistics, ‘Accessory Process Engineering Team’ is responsible of preparing VLG’s Workshops, located across Europe, for each New Model launches (~6 / Year).

 

Our objective is to:
1. Ensure the Accessories are Designed for Production.
2. Design the Process that should be applied in all Workshops
3. Implement the Process through Provision of Equipment & Training.
To achieve the above, ‘Accessory Process Engineering Team’ works closely between a TME’s Head Office in Brussels, a Team of Process Specialists in UK and the VLG’s Workshops (across Europe).

 

Your Project:

As vehicle logistics, we are going through an automation phase and it will be one of our focus points in the upcoming years. You will be directly working with the team manager to transform processes and tools by:
1. Defining the strategy for the automation transform together with the direct manager.
2. Replacing/enhancing current tools (mostly excel based) by utilisation of Share point, Power Automate and any other mean of automation.
3. Transferring/Developing reports by Power BI.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
